502s camera and flight time

Hi,

I am having issues taking videos and stills on my new 502s. It will once awhile take a still photo but it never takes a video. When I press the transmitter video button I get two beeps, seldom get one beep, with no recording no matter which beep is heard. Also, I am getting maybe 6 to 7 minutes flight time based upon the transmitter's indicator. "Right after" take off the drone's battery, according to the transmitter, will drop to about one third then downhill from there, no where near the 10 to 12 minute range. Need help??? Thanks

For the issue of taking videos,may I know if you use the 4-32GB SD card with class 10 or above?Did you format the SD card to FAT32 before put the SD card into the drone?

For the flight time,may I know you flight speed?besides,did you full charged the battery?

Yes I did format my 16GB disc and the batteries( using 2 different ones,same brand) were fully charged by using a balance charger. The drop in the batteries is almost immediate from takeoff. I get to approx. 15 to 20 ft. with the same result, 1/3 left then approx. 5 to 6 min.later transmitter shows empty . ???
