Serial number / firmware update

I have a two part question. First where do I find the serial number on my x4 109s professional? Second is where do I download the upgrade tool and the updated firmware for my h109s professional and the h7000 transmitter?

Hello ,you can find the serial numbers on the QR sticker which pasted on the belly of the drone or the backside of the transmitter.
For the firmware of the H109S,may I ask why you want to update the firmware of your H109S?we do not recommend making the upgrading of the firmware unless there have specific issue need to be solved with.
