Hello, I khnow that I'm not the only with hubsan battery explosion: EXTREMLY DANGEROUS.

My zino is 1 year and 1 month old. I bought the best version with bag, two batteries, charger etc.

I've used it the las year and after put perfectly the battery in the hubsan-bag, without humidity. Some day ago, i charged the battery with hubsan-charger: all ok. I started fliyng and ... big explosion, flames ad big white acid smoke. My drone esploso.
The response of hubsand is that: "

"... The battery swollen could be the not proper storage and need to be replace after one year. Have you check the battery before flight?

Though the drone have been over one year, we could offer you a BNF drone with dicount price of 150USD. ..." ?????????????????????????????????

"PROBABLY SWOLLEN COULD BE THE NOT PROPER STORAGE???? AND I'VE I CHECKED THE BATTERY?? HOW?

They are annoying suppositions that nothing has to do with the global warranty.

Now my drone is exploded, my 128gb extreme sandisk in burned. I've lost summer videos and the fault is mine??

I wait for a rapid, serious and fair solution since the product is under global warranty and it is not my fault if their battery has exploded.

If I don't get a working peer product back, I will post everywhere in all web channels, at European Commition and at Enac how dangerous these products are and how they doesn't respect global warranty for their customers.
