This is getting ridiculous

As per title. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you offer a definite timeline and fail to meet it, you can't expect "soon" or "some time in December it will ship" to suffice for a reasonable response to "when will my order ship?"
What's causing the delay? And if it's something you can do to fix it, what steps are you taking to fix them? Is this just a supply issue? Is it a QC issue? Is it a hardware issue? What is going on? JFC.
