How do I cancel my Zino order?

I need help canceling my Zino order. I've sent numerous emails and support chat. The only thing I get in reply is why do I want to cancel my order. I told them after watching some flights on YouTube I feel this craft isnt for me and I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. It would be great if someone can direct me in the right direction otherwise I guess I will have to get a hold of my credit card company and file a dispute.

Same Problem for me. I have ordered at the Hubsan stoe in October. No Answer to all mails. This is extreme bad service from Hubsan. Any solutions/ideas?

Yes I can understand your frustrations. There are some here saying be patient blah blah but the communication has been very limited and poor. The november 20 deadline has passed. We don't know how long the shipping will take to the warehouses and then to our homes. Is it going to be another 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 months, who knows. I'm sick of it all too.

How about has anybody in the USA gotten an Zino yet? It is always next week. Hubsan's home page reads like the early orders have already been sent out and orders made in November were to be sent out yesterday, Ordered 10/2 and still have no idea if it's ever going to be sent to me. Just looking for an honest answer.

Ailsa, I ordered mine on the 31st october. I was one of the first 1000 however because I got the zino50 discount. From Australia.

Wow seems like my money was stolen i will give it a few more days but they need to update the site asap... I think the wait will be worth it let them work out the bugs from the reviews i seen... better then getting it and have to send it back i will wait it out though
