How do I cancel my Zino order?

I feel the same way.

Probably the worse thing, other than NOT having my drone I paid for, is that it's hard to believe a company as big as Hubsan doesn't have someone at the company who can speak proper English. I know, I know … other languages too like Russian and Spanish which are major languages of their biggest customers, I'm guessing...but c'mon I'm having to guess at what the words are meant to say instead of the message they are trying to convey.

I hereby put in my application as the English-speaking (well Texas English anyway) liaison for Hubsan to disseminate updates and information. Now that is done, how do I get good information to disseminate?

Still no reply on any channel - I can´t understand what ios happening at Hubsan. No fun:-(
