Zino latest shipping details
Dear Zino Backers,
Thanks for all your support of Zino and so sorry for the delay.
The Zino Android APP has released.
The order placed during September 30 to Oct 15 have been shipped to our US and European warehouse .And the tracking number for the orders will be updated upon receive by our US and European warehouse about 10 days later.
For the remainding order will start to ship successively and also we will update the further news for the shipment on time
Further order issue, feel free to contact us at order@hubsan.com.

This is positive. All the original 1000 preorders are on their way to US & European warehouses. I feel like a new parent seeing my kid in the nursery window

I'm not sure if I'm part of that group or not. Hubsan are vague in their answers to me. I ordered mine on the 31st october but still got the zino50 discount. I believe they only offered that discount to the first 1000 orders. Am I correct?

I've sent numerous emails to order@hubsan.com and all I ever get in return is your standard auto reply saying you will respond in 1 to 3 business days. I've tried all methods to contact you, including your phone number of (909) 444-0555 which rings and eventually goes to a voicemail that says its full. Let me make a public apology for taking out my frustrations on you personally
You and Shally have assured me that my order has been shipped to the US warehouse and that parcel delivery tracking information will be available as soon as it hits the ground. That satisfies all my concerns. This forum has allowed me to indulge in selfish ranting about the missed deadlines, etc. Although that is therapeutic from my perspective, I realize it can be damaging to the Hubsan brand. Bringing this technology to the public is truly magical...and the price point of the Zino is phenomenal for what it offers! Another week is worth the wait

Well we have reached date that accessories were to be shipped and the second wave of drones were to be shipped. Ordered a drone on 10/2 and ordered extra batteries on 11/1 and still no word on either orders.

Right with you Don...ordered 10/3 and extra battery on 10/30...you would think that they would know where that slow boat is or that plane and could provide some more specific time frames.
