The last news I received today is that the first orders to Europe (Netherland office) are on the way and orders to customers leave next week.
However, there seem to be many different bids what is applicable.

Same story as 2 weeks ago. Hubsan is becoming a joke.

Hi I ordered one some time ago (Ireland) and know there are delays. Just have to wait - this is not unusual / how often have dji and apple delayed launches etc !
So better to have any issues sorted before it gets released!
