Leaving China 20th November

Morning folks.

I have found one awesome member of staff at Hubsan who is really helpful and very honest. Im not sharing them so dont bother asking :D (wouldnt want to getthem in trouble for supplying honest information) . They replied to my overnight email at 7 am this morning

"The Zino is out of factory 20th November, then they work on the orders and send them."

I dont see how they can possibly dispatch any yesterday as promised but I believe this is an accurate portrail of the situation. Just due to logistics I cant see anyone recieving a Zino in the next 3 weeks so its time to go play with our other toys until Xmas.

Hope its worth the wait. Im afraid to say its the last time I will back a crowdfunding project and I think they will have lost the support of the " DJI Killer" crowd. It might still be an amazing product, but I think the lack of object avoidance will let it down when compared honestly to the market leaders. Shame as that is inexpensive software and the only real advantage the Mavic has.

Good afternoon from Australia. I'll believe it when I see my status change from processing. We've been told all sorts of dates so far. So another month at least. Christmas is looking very tight. I'll focus on my h501s until then. Thanks for getting something from them.

Skillpig is that 20th November 2018 or 2019 lol, thanks for sharing but I don't know what to believe any more but I'll admit it does sound realistic has most emails focus around the 20th of Nov, if a lot are getting there money back does that mean I'll get mine sooner lol

I'm not sure I can believe this "reliable source". So far hubsan has done nothing to ease the minds of its customers. It's impossible to get in contact with them through any outlet, phone, email, etc.. I'd cancel my order and demand a refund, but I cannot even do that since I get no replies from them. I'm on the verge of using an attorney to recoup my money due to the lies Hubsan has this far used. Extremely unhappy!

Im not experiencing the same sort of problems contacting them. Have a look at their website for your distributors phone number. Unfortunately as an Indiegogo backer they cant give me much info. Kind of upsetting as I paid over a month ago

I already have. They refuse to answer the phone. It goes to a voicemail that says it's full, imagine that.... I've sent numerous emails to service@hubsan.com, and order@hubsan.com. All I get us an auto reply saying they will get back to me in 1 to 3 business days. My order was directly from Hubsan on October 5th.

To RMcBride - not sure I used the term "reliable source" but maybe I'm missing it.

Also I'm not in China so I haven't tried calling the Chinese distributor as I would only end up calling out of hours. I call the European one.

Best of luck with the legal action - I think they are offering refunds if that's what you are after. Damages might be a stretch too far. My advice is fill your time with PornHub until your droney arrives.

I share your frustrations, honestly, but we are getting a killer deal as long as it shows up. Its not like Hubsan are going bust over 1000 drones so we will get them eventually.

Yes it's a frustrating time but I'm sure that I will forget all about this a couple of days after the Zino arrives!

It doesn't excuse bad corporate behavior but I'm sure there are myriads of variables that can't be controlled solely by Hubsan. I've ordered from their website before and had zero troubles so I'm going to ride it out a little longer. It is a killer deal if the actual Zino that arrives at my house operates like the two samples on YouTube.

Damn! I just missed the cut-off for today's shipment, but this message confirms my Zino will ship on Monday
Oh well, at least we have a confirmation on all the original 1,000 preorders
