03/12 Nobody get the drone - NO TRACKING INFORMATION

We are on 12 November almost 1 mounth from my buy, i was supposed to make a giant buy (of course if i get the product and test) of 1200 unit for our production tv, but after what happens i think i will done with hubsan and never buy again his product because this is not professional, i think at this point spend more money and buy a dji to use and after get quickly!

I'm with you mate there extremely unprofessional and every one left guessing so who's to say it's going to be any good when or if we finally get it wish I'd of also gone dji

The tension is definitely building. You just wonder wtf is going on down there. I would rather hear that there is another delay than be told nothing.

right! is exactly what i think!! wtf what they think to are steave jobs that sell product without having!! No Unswer nothing! the only think you can lissen from hubsan is your shipping is under processing, we will give you a tracking soon but if you want your money back no problem but is very sad for lose this great opportunity.. WTF!!!!!!!!! You make waste my time and my money when i found a dji air used at same price..this is joke? i will wait this week after this week i will take my money back and i will buy 1200 air for my tv production..and stop...

Thanks for this information. I have been extensively researching for my next drone and was about to order this one following the highly positive reviews. I sent an email two days ago to order@hubsan.com with no reply yet. Agree it is unprofessional.

I will now wait and not order.

Me too I placed my order on Nov 2. Write them 2 emails of what's going on but it was silence. No reply whatsoever. The only thing that I afraid is I paid to the Freud website that is not Hubsan. But when I saw you guys i feel relief. At least it's Hubsan's communication problem not a Freud website. I am waiting patiently to have my Hubsan Zino to arrive.

My best guess is they have bad English they can't deal with tons of complaints. But yea you need to write one letter telling us at least what is wrong with you. Don't be shy Hubsan I am sure that many will still support you when you tell your problem.
