ZINO Videos

Post by irussphone » Thu Nov 08, 2018 9:14 am

Okay, it's a bit early since almost no one has a ZINO yet but I thought I would go ahead and get everyone thinking about posting videos on what promises to be a great, stable platform. Can't wait to see your creative posts...feel free to post ZINO reviews here too, as long as they are in video format.

Here are the only 3 actual reviews (I know of) as of 11/8/2018. RC SAYLORS, pretty thorough stuff, so I thought it might be nice to have them in one place:

I realize they are posted elsewhere on the forum. Cheers!

Why no youtuber tried the line flying mode? Rcsaylors tried orbit but it was buggy. İ think linefly also buggy so they dont try. İ wonder creative video, line fly, active track features. Andyrc made 48mins video but all rubbish because didnt try the modes well just hovered around

I don't think it was so buggy as they didn't know how to really use the modes. For example, the drone needed to be above a certain height in order to activate for some of the modes. The app's notification that the drone was too low was in Chinese so they didn't understand how to use it correctly. I would have liked to see a few of the other modes as well. Hopefully the third YouTuber that got one for testing (Dustin Dunnill) will be doing more of the modes and a distance test. I don't expect it to go extremely far, but at least to its advertised limit would be nice.
AndyRC explained why he didn't use some modes, and with the wind he was worried about it being blown away.
The only thing that surprises me is how slow the drone is. I thought it was supposed to fly around 14m/s and not only 8m/s.
I think they just have a few updates to unlock everything. Probably in like a safe flight mode until you fly it enough.

İ disappointed about gimbal movement. İts not moving soft and smooth. Also in active tracking footage is not cinematic. İ hope hubsan improve these.
