Those of us who have preordered the Zino go to our account page and see "processing...pending" under our order and shipping status.
That is actually the source of my heartbreak every morning.
Because Hubsan is so poor in communicating to it's customers we're not really sure if once we see that status change whether or not that will mean the aircraft is shipping from the factory in China or from the distributing warehouses assigned to our respective destination countries.
I was hoping when I preordered last month to demonstrate the new Zino to my family gathered at Thanksgiving. That hope is dimming by the day

I ordered on indiegogo. Shipping date is 20th of november. But 30th october shippings didnt start yet. And android app didnt update on the declared date. İt looks hubsan is not successful on timelines. İf mine does not ship in november. İ m afraid i will request refund and jump to fimi a3 drone.

Well I just took the plunge and pre-ordered. Payed by PayPal. Expect it will be shipped out on November 20th. I received this email....

The shipping time is around 20-30 working days.

What?! 20-30 working days? Are they transporting it on the back of a turtle? This is getting really ridiculous. That message doesn't say when it will be shipped either, just how long. Hubsan do you want to go out of business or something?
