Zino Mini Pro Battery issue

Hi All
I had no issues with the batteries for my Mini Pro last summer, I have topped them up periodically during the winter to ensure they didn’t discharge to a level where they would no longer charge.
I plugged them into the drone today and I am receiving a battery error, a message flashes up in the left of the screen saying the battery is old and to replace it, the voltage reading in the app constantly switches between 8.1v and 47v
I have checked both of the cells inside the battery and they read 4.11 and 4.17 so I wouldn’t have thought it was due to an imbalance in the cells.
I know there is what appears to be a reset button but it doesn’t seem to do anything, is there a set procedure to reset the battery?
Has anyone experienced this before.
On a side note, can replacement casings be purchased for the battery packs?
