Hubsan Zino Pro, battery issue

I believe I am not the first one with battery issue on Hubsan Zino Pro drone, I hope someone found a solution for that.
I believe it is a firmware issue, I tested completely new battery and the situation with empty battery (0% after takeoff) happen again.
Are there some old firmwares available?
