Zino pro plus not turning on no lights brand new

Hi my name is Sam and I have a brand new hubsan zino Pro plus and I got it yesterday the battery has been on charge all night and there is no light no gimbal movement no noise whatsoever when you press the power button can you please assist me with this problem.

When you charge the battery, you must have on the charger a led that flashes white.
Make sure the battery is firmly seated in the drone.

Bought a Pro Plus at an Estate Sale Brand New in the Box.
The Package Came with 3 Batteries.
Charged all 3 per the directions and nothing.
Bought a Brand New Battery from Amazon.
It was Expensive but worth it.
Wish I could find out why these came with BAD Batteries.

the zino pro battery is 11.4V
Here is the reference LI PO 11.4V 5000m Ah 5700Wh
