Zino Mini Pro Controller Bricked? HELP ME

I flew one time for 10 minutes some weeks ago, today there was the new 1.13 transmitter update and I proceeded to install it.
After two fails (I don't know the reason of the fails) my controller now is in a strange state, it seems that the battery is in a low status-> I connected the controller to the charger but after one hour the screen continues to show me the low battery icon without the circle that recharge around the icon.

Do you have some suggestions? Is there a way to perform a hard reset or re-install the factory firmware?

I cannot turn on my controller, I see the background light working but no icon are showed by the controller

Same situation here... a battery icon flashing is the only sign of life on transmitter after a failed update (transmitter fully charged)

cannot turn the transmitter on if I'm not plug in the charger... once I plugged in the charger, battery indicator blinking only and can't even do anything

I had that once, too . The problem was that the transmitter was not switched off, you could see the backlight very weakly.
After the charging cable was plugged in and the display flashed, I switched off the ender normally. The backlight was then off and I was able to charge the transmitter normally again and switch it on and off.

I just have had the same problem... or a similar one. After an attempt to install a new release of the firmware the remote control cannot communicate anymore with the zino mini pro or the phone.
Can Hubsan give us a solution to the problem?

Yesterday I had the same.
During controller firmware update, I got USB cable disconnect and 'could not complete update, please restart'

Now controller is dead, only showing batt icon and slight backlight.

Any fix or reset for mini pro controller??
