Zino 2+

Received my Zino 2+ on 7/5/21. Fly it several times with no issues. Was prompted for firmware update to the controller and the aircraft. Both updates went fine with no issues.
First flight after the updates went ok with a couple of USB cable disconnected warnings. Changed out batteries for a second flight and the dronexwas only 30 yards from me and the same warning came up about the USB cable disconnected even though it wasn't. Controller screen went blank, the drone shot up and out right into a tree and crashed and broke in pieces.
