ZINO PRO impossible to switch it ON

I have a new ZINO PRO, after 5 min fly it has fall down from a couple of meters due to a unknown propellers stop.
No damage at all but, after this, it is impossible to switch it on.
When I try to switch it on I can ear the fan, I see the gimbal turn up and down and when the leds red and blue are lit the ZINO goes off.
NO weay to switch it on !
Has someone experienced something similar?
