There is no video on the phone from Zino 2

I have a big trouble. I can't get video on the phone from my copter... Telemetry is ok. I can see all parameters, copter's position and other... But I don't see video and can't switch photo to video mode... What's the problem?

Same problem ZINO pro plus any thoughts ?

I installed the software on the sd card from Hubsan website, you will need a pc or laptop,stuck it in my drone. Booted up the drone and let it update. After several mins it started bleeping shut the drone down. Then rebooted switched on controller and phone. Picture was back.
