Zino pro plus broken screw

Hi. I had a screw brake off on the one off that hold the prop blades,I contacted support, and after a bunch of e-mails they told me to get a new set of props and screw. but that does't help my problem with a broken screw end stuck in where it goes, is there a sleeve that i need to replace? and how does it come off?
