A post in February and still no response from HUBSAN. Probably the last one I buy since HUBSAN doesn't do anything for us except sell their products with false descriptions. In FRANCE this is punishable because deception on the product.
I am still waiting for a response from HUBSAN

I'm sure you wont' get a reply at all from Hubsan.

I wish I would have seen these issues before buying my Zino Pro Plus. You are correct, it is deception. I've made 10 flights total. Lots of issues after forced update. Hubsan Customer Support better improve or nobody is going to buy these drones. (But I don't suspect anything will change. They just don't seem to care.)

For me, the drone works quite well.
The tracking mode is not at the top (loss of visual of the person) correct video return while remaining in visual flight.
On the other hand, no indication of compliance with the new regulations, nor the remote identification for all drones over 800 grams. The ZINO PRO PLUS + the battery weighs 846 grams so far from the weight announced by HUBSAN.
I am thinking of moving towards other brands which seem more serious in dealing with customers.
This forum which seems to be official HUBSAN looks like a desert where only drone owners post topics
SHAME

It's a shame - They don't seem to care about their customers. There is ZERO customer support. In the beginning, there was a Hubsan rep that would frequent this very forum, but I don't believe anyone from Hubsan cares about the customer any longer or checks the forum. Pretty soon, nobody will buy their products.

Here is a response from the HUBSAN service regarding the new 2021 drone regulations.
Hello
I want to talk about the new CE regulations with class C0, C1, C2, C3 or C4.
Thank you for your reply
Hello

you can do a test to get the licence and paste the drone information in the drone and register on the DGAC as the new regulations。
Have a nice day
Best regards

It is up to us to make the approvals.
Hubsan just seller of unapproved product.
