Hi, i've a Zino and i have some problems to connect remote control to aircraft.
i connect my phone to remote controller and the app says to me that are perfectly connected but the aircraft is disconnected.
i try to connect in the app but the wifi window don't show me the name of the model and is ever empty also if i tap refresh.

A mí también me pasa. He probado con otro teléfono y otro cable, y nada. No se conecta.

I had the same problem and updating the camera board firmware helped (I took ZINO_IT-V0.3.6) It just didn't send wifi to connection and after updating it started working

Ya lo he hecho y nada, sin resultados. Sigue sin wifi y por tanto, sin conectarse. Es irritante, y para colmo, me pongo en contacto con hubsan para explicarles el problema, y los muy caraduras, en lugar de intentar encontrar una solución me piden la factura de compra. Llevo más de tres años con él, y ellos saben que el problema es demasiado común para que se preocupen de la factura en lugar de el problema.

Estoy harto. Hace 10 días estaba pensando en adquirir el zino 2, pero ahora estoy estudiando comprar el mavic air. Prefiero no tirar el dinero a la basura. Que de un día para otro el dron deje de funcionar porque no se conecta y que hubsan se desentienda.... que quereis que os diga. No merece la pena invertir un solo euro en una marca que no se toma la molestia de solucionar un problema que afecta a un montón de clientes.

the same issue to me too... I thought was a my quadcopter problem, but now I don't think it anymore.
seldom (1-2% of all my tryout) the drone appers on the app as connect, but it's impossibile to use it in that way
anyone solved the problem in any way? maybe a FW issue and we can solve it with an upgrade?
