I have bought an extra battery but it is for the zino 2 not the zino 2+ which I have and once I have connected battery it says it is unrecognised and it won't allow the drone to take off.
Is there any planned updates or anything to make this battery work with the zino 2+ or shall I just return the drone as I need more batterys

Why not just buy the correct battery?

Yes, im user zino 2 plus from Indonesia frustate about battery, zino have wrong strategy
Im disappointed with Zino 2 Plus why with the same battery zino 2 can not use in zino 2 plus, but zino 2 can use battery zino 2 plus OMG !!!!! Hubsan FOOLING
& whatever very hard buy zino 2 plus battery. Hubsan cares about making stupid decisions that in the end cost them sales in drones, accessories and parts.

I was told that the Zino 2 will accept both zino 2 and zino 2+ batteries... however, the zino 2+ will only take its own battery.
You can go on Amazon, they have the batteries on there or even on Hubsan's website. They are about 100 dollars (us)... good luck

Easy ... batteries are connected serials, charging will be in 'hubsan's style' serials too. When first is charged, next starts charging ... etc ...
The current to one is approximately cca 2A. Do you think that the source and also its thin wires could handle 3 batteries at once?
Charging in series makes sense when you connect everything at once and everything is charged without waiting for the next one to connect.
Better is use any 12V/3-6A power sources (f.eg. STB has same 2,5(or 2.1mm?)/5,5mm and voltage power sources) for each standallone battery, if you have not time.

родной блок питания не подойдёт для одновременной зарядки?-нигде не смог найти данную информацию
