Pro+ 0x2000 gimbal error

Hello all, I have a new Pro+ and we're getting this error. I've done all firmware upgrades. From the support sight looks like this may be common, and has to do with the ribbon cable getting unplugged or failing. I'm about to take it apart to investigate. Any advice before I dive in? I sure hope I can get the gimbal working, I'd really like to see some video from this drone!

Hi, I am having the same problem, on first start up we had the Gimble error. We reset everything and it went away, we flew it for a short time. Next day we had the error same thing, turned it all of and on again and flew it for a short while. The 3rd day it refused all attempts to remove the error and the gimble was just unable to move around so 2 mins of footage of the grass! Its brand new and they are the first flights with it. I am thinking of returning it, but if its an easy fix we may have a go, so I hope anyone reading this will help us out :-)

Hi there....exact the same issue as this 2 previous post. Waiting for a fix guide form Hubsan or will return the quad and by a DJI.

Hey. I'm having the exact same problem as well. Kinda sucks. Thinking about returning it as well if I can't get feedback from support or help here. :o

Hello,

I just receive the zino pro plus and have the same problem, the gimbal never works, I donโ€™t now if hubsan will refund my money

Iโ€™m having the same problem does anybody know how to fix? I re calibrate it but still pops up a gimbal error.

I have the same issue now. Used the drone probably 8-10 times. I don't particularly want to start stripping a new drone down and voiding the warranty. I'll drop Amazon an note and see if I can get a refund if I don't get a response from Hubsan.

I've flown my Pro Plus about 12-15 times. I did get a gimbal error 4-5 times but powering off and on seemed to take care of it but it seems odd that it happens pretty frequently like that.

The weather has not been that good (windy some days and other days still 30 degrees (Here in the Eastern U.S - Pennsylvania). I may have to fly it a bit more to make sure I'm not having the same issues).
