Can anyone help me in contacting Hubsan? Just got the Zeno 2+, I paid for the 2 batteries and portable bag but they are not with unit. Trying to reach them via webpage but online help not working and email response aren't happening.
Any suggestions??

You can try the email order@hubsan.com, in that way I was able to contact customer service and they quickly sent me a missing piece in my order.
