MULTI CHARGER FOR ZINO BATTERY

Post by Magnum1956PMQ » Thu Jan 31, 2019 7:54 am

Hello ! ๐Ÿ˜Š
A small TUTO on charging multiple batteries for the ZINO.

This is the point, it's simple, it's serious, it's secure and it charges 3 batteries in 73 minutes at 2000 mAh / battery. (2 Amp).
After, each will adapt the charging power according to the maximum power of its charger and its number of batteries.
*** ATTENTION ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€:
1. Always be at 80% of the maximum capacity of the charger, so as not to heat up the main power supply cable.
2. The original Hubsan cables are small, in AWG26, so maximum 2 to 2.5 Amp per cable. Let's say 2 A per security (2000 mah) ๐Ÿ˜‰.
3. Charger setting:
- always choose 3S regardless of the number of batteries.
- choose the LIHV load (4.35v per cell), check that your charger can do it.
- Charging amperage: 2000 mAh X Number of batteries.

//////// Example for my case:
Charger supporting 10 A max
3 batteries 3S to charge therefore, charge setting: 3x2000 = 6000 mha (6A)

Note: The charging time is the same whether you are charging 1, 2, 3 or 4 batteries. The cells balance each other.

********* CAUTION .... DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR CHARGERS AND CABLES.
AND MONITOR REGULARLY DURING THE LOAD ... DO NOT LOAD DURING YOUR SLEEP OR ABSENCE ////////////////////////
