Android VS IOS

I want someone to explain why the differences between android and IOS.
In Android the flight log works badly and in IOS well, I can understand that Android is mounted on many different devices and this is a problem.
what I do not understand is that in iphone if the app is translated and not in Android.
I also do not understand why in IOS the VR option is available and in Android it is not.
On the hubsan website it says nothing about differences between operating systems.
