Photo and video album Problem

Hi guys!
I have received the zino for a few days but I have a problem! When I take photos or I make videos they are not saved in the photo album and to see them I have to extract the sd from the drone and put it in the computer .. In practice the icon of the album is inaccessible from the app. Do you know how I can solve? Thank you!
