When I connect the USB cable to update firmware the upgrade tool status remains "not connect".
Any suggestions?

Same problem with 2 computers. Windows 10 home and Windows 7 pro.
With or without battery the Zino Upgrade Tool V1.0 remains "not connect".

Same happened to me and then I tried another cable and now works great...has happened to several people on this forum.
Try that first...I use Windows 10 too.
