iPad mini 2 won’t connect to xHubsan 3.7 app

Post by irussphone » Thu Jan 24, 2019 12:32 am

I just got my new refurbished old iPad mini 2 and tried to connect it and it will not connect.
I unplugged the iPad and immediately plugged in my iPhone and it connected right away.
Both have IOS 12 on them and only other difference is my phone have x-Hubsan 3.6 and iPad has 3.7. Didn’t even realize the new app was out when I downloaded to iPad.

Any ideas?

Here are some pics.

Hello irussphone,

The Iphone 3.7.0 APP version has released.

Add Imperial unit
Optimize transmitter connection tutorial
Add transmitter connection status reminder

Would you mind to try to update the APP to the latest one and to check if your Iphone can connect normally in the Iphone APP 3.7.0?

i updated my iPhone to 3.7 and now it connects even faster than ever before!
But the iPad mini 2 still won’t connect at all. I also tried to connect my iPad Air 2 and it would not connect either. I then just unplugged the iPad and plugged iPhone back in and it worked flawlessly again. I tried everything I know to get iPads working. I turned different parts on first and waited up to 10 minutes and no connection and then rebooted all and no help but whenever I plugged iPhone In It worked every time. I would REALLY like for iPad mini to work!

Wish I had known this before I bought one!

My problem is that on the iPad App at the App Store it says that it is compatible with all of the iPads basically. This will mislead many people, as it did me, into thinking that it will work when it does not. I would recommend taking it out of the App if it doesn't work more than it does work.

Is there a specific iOS operating system on ipads that work better than others?

Thanks,
Russ
