Flying VR FPV mode
I tried using the VR mode within the app, which appears to create two separate images for use with cheap VR goggles. The kind you slide your phone into. The trouble is that the connector cables that come with the Zino are about 4 inches long, so I cant fly with the controller, with my phone in the goggles. My question is, can I get a longer cable somewhere that would accommodate this? Anyone try it yet?

and it works just fine. I tried the same thing and saw that the cable was too short. This cable does work. I have not tried the FVP yet.

Thanks. I think that would work for android. but I'm using an iPhone. I wonder if a similar cable exists with a lighting end.

They do, I just got a 1 ft long cable for a mini ipad I just bought to use with Zino. Go on Amazon:

I found that ONLY the IOS app has the VR mode. Go to the flight mode menu (on the left) and scroll to the bottom. One big problem is that I bought this cable for android, but the android app does not have the VR mode. Only IOS. Anyone else try this?

Ordered a lightning cable extension and VR Works when putting the phone into some basic VR glasses and the other end to the Zino connector cable. Pretty decent picture too. I hope they update the Android app to support VR next.
