Well, it's winter in the north and here in Chicago temperatures are in the 30's f (0c)
I am sure this is below the recommended temp range for the ZINO
Nevertheless, intrepid flyer that I am I was flying my little white bird above the great white expanse of snowy snowy landscape when I encountered a lot of shaking in the video. My guess is that the thermal cooling is inhibiting the powering of the polymers that stabilize the camera housing.
I'm just wondering if anyone is flying in cold weather and having similar problems or if I'm having a graver problem than I think.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I'm back to trouble-shooting the firmware installations
(I wasn't cut out to be a beta-tester)

Flew last week at -8ºC and today at just about 0ºC.
Nothing unusual in either, except the expected reduced run time at -8º
The problem with the Zino is the exposed battery which is remote from the electronics.
That's the great feature of the 501,you keep the battery housed in an enclosure with all the heat producing electronics that help keep things warm and cosy when you close up the vents.
No way of doing that easily with the Zino
