To Ailsa "Problem after Android App. updata (1.6.4)"

Hello Ailsa.
As I wrote to you in the e-mail. After the App. updata. My Zino crashed into tree after 7 minutes of flight, because I lost all control over him. My camera has been damaged.
I've reset it her and uploaded all new firmware update like you told me. Unfortunately didn't help because it is a mechanical damage.
Last email I wrote to you on January 11th.
I have sent you all details, photos and videos which you asked for and I still haven't get any answer.
I contacted you through my wife's email because she had all details to you. ( karolinka.klocek@wp.pl).
Could you tell me, how your warranty service looks like please?
