Why connect phone to Zino WiFi?

Why do we have to connect the phone to the Zino WiFi after a GPS Accuracy test?
I have done many flights by skipping this step with no difference.

You don't connect with wifi. The connection is through the cable. Turn off wifi when you're using the drone. Turn off bluetooth too to minimise interference.

Hello Gorillaman,
We tested the Zino before ship it to the customer,the Zino's wifi has connected to the transmitter at that time.so you can skip this step and fly the Zino with no difference.

Are there any other snippets of information that Hubsan would like to share? I have been asking this question from Day one all around the net and never got this answer!
I do have one burning question... I mean the humblest of respect... As we all know Hubsan is dealing with dozens of languages around the world. Obviously you can not fully comprehend them all , so some kind of translation software must be in play. I wondered which program this might be and what is your native language(dialect)? This would be appreciated and possibly very informative and helpful moving forward.
