Since I do not receive a response from the customer service, despite repeated requests, to the request for cancellation of the Indiegogo order I ask if there is an Indiegogo backer who has obtained a refund or, at least, the start of the refund procedure and if it was possible to cancel the shipment or it was necessary to refuse delivery.

what Ailsa did not say is that Hubsan does not refound the whole amount paid, but only $ 275.
So, they holds $ 24.

I request the cancellation of the Zino expedition and I accept the partial reimbursement and as Indiegogo has already paid Hubsan 275 eur I expect a quick refund.

I know it’s frustrating. It’s all very vague what’s going on. I can’t figure anything out in their communications. It’s all a bit like a lucky dip when dealing with this lot it seems
