I bought a battery zino on the hubsan official site.
I am looking for information on the sending of my order (in preparation or sent) impossible to find
I am a little disappointed by the lack of information on this site.

there is no Zino battery stock in the Netherland office at present.
Can you tell me the procedure to make me refund I have no indication for now I paid with paypal it should be easier for you
thank you to inform me .I wanted to make a present for a friend but its seems difficult to buy an item on yours site..
it's the first time I order on your site and I admit I am a little disappointed by the lack of information.
