I recently received the (NEW) zino, and I found that the dampeners that support the gimbal, seemed so stretched, even shacking it slightly on my hand, i hear the gimbal hit the frame. During video shooting, in fact, vibrations are noticed only during the movements of the drone. With the previous Zino, before I returned it, the videos were really stable.
Is there a way to make the gimbal more stable? It seems very weak

Download HOVER or a similar app, see if high winds correlate with your problems. Even the gimbal on my Phantom 4 Pro can get shaken, if the winds are high enough. All drones will have some problems if the winds are high or gusting quickly.

Re: the gimbal hits the frame
thanks for the reply, however it was a day with no particular wind, and the zino was about 30m high, I doubt that so low there have been turbulence.
PS:
look also at the top of the trees, they are still.
