I have not yet flown the Zino because the weather conditions have not been very good and I also live in a no fly zone because of a nearby airport.
I usually land when my batteries are around 20-30%

Look again. The battery voltage is 11.4V (Lipo high voltage) and not 11.1V which would be a regular Lipo.
You can of course charge it as a regular Lipo but you will loose the advantage of the extra capacity.

a question about the official hubsan charger. what voltage does it give you once 100% charged? I have 3 batteries, when the charger lights are green, the voltage that tells me is 13v, not 13'05. I'm waiting for the imax charger to try it.

I just tried with the original charger and the voltage is 12.96V
Cell 1 - 4.32V
Cell 2 - 4.33V
Cell 3 - 4.31V
I would say that is very acceptable for such a simple charger.

No, the Imax B6 charges up to 4.35V
The photo was taken with the battery measurement function on a battery that was charged with the Hubsan charger two weeks previously.

I'm totally new, so be patient with me! What happens if in modyfing the cable I do not use the Jst cable to charge the battery but only the positive and negative cable? I mean: open the cable, find positive and negative, attach the banana plug and put it into the charger not using the balance charger output?

You won't be able to balance the pack.
It will charge just fine, but without access to each individual cell, there's no way to balance the battery.
This is not good, particularly with these batteries which all appear to have vastly different cell characteristics, leading to very out of balance packs after every flight.
