Android phone connected, no video feed?

Post by 152375952725700 » Sat Dec 29, 2018 5:46 pm

Hello everyone,
Android phone version 5.0.2 connected with transmitter and drone with no problems, all is functional except for video feed from camera does not show up on screen. When changed to map view map shows up with no problem and I can see video feed through map bubble but when reversed I get a dark screen from the camera feed. Drone is updated with all latest firmware.V1.0.46
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks. ..

Check you have FPV On in your settings.

Yes, that didn't work.
I'm thinking the phone's usb setting is the issue, another post stated to use the USB charging mode, the only options I have are mtp and ptp, tried both, mtp is fine but for the video issue.
Thanks for the suggestion.

OTG is enabled? My old Android 5.1.1 phone has an option to turn OTG on and off.

I don't see an on-and-off option but checked with otg checker app says phone OTG is enabled.

Sorry I am out of ideas, can you borrow a newer phone and test with it so you can rule out a Zino or controller issue rather than a phone issue :?:
