The real reason why the drones aren't delivered to the NL warehouse yet

Hey ya'll.

So I might know why the delivery is STILL pending on the Fedex tracking website (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&trackingnumber=813510910697&cntry_code=gb&locale=en_GB)

As you can see on the tracking page, it shows that it's pending for 7 days already since it left the customs.
This might be because of the delivery address. On the tracking page it's stated that it'll be delivered to 'HELLEROETSLUIS NL'. This place does not exist and should be 'HELLEVOETSLUIS NL' instead.

Aisla or the lady at the Dutch office, please make a call to FedEx to change the address to the CORRECT name!

Did you read what I said?! The delivery address says HELLEROETSLUIS and NOT HELLEVOETSLUIS, and therefore it's WRONG!

We have forwarded the correct address to the Fedex.Once this dispatch release in the Netherland custom,which will delivery in Hubsan Netherland office.

Hi, but seeing yesterday most Indiegogo backers in Italy like as me, reiceved a tracking number from Hubsan NL warehouse but seeing what you say now about FedEx custom, and tracking dated 21/12 only says parcel data registered in GLS system, Zino delivery had started or not? Thx

Given the mistake with the delivery of Zino, considering that the tracking number that I received from GLS concerns only the taking charge not having been delivered yet Zino from Fedex
in Hubsan Netherland, I ask to avoid the unnecessary shipment of the Zino that I had booked, as I have been authorized by Albert Escobedo Customer Service Representative

Dear Ailsa,

It will be possible to make available the Zinos of the buyers who requested the refund,
at the same price of US $ 299. for other interested buyers? :D
