Do all calibrations.

Do all the firmware updates, follow the Android connection procedure available on the support page. If after doing all that and the calibration you are still unable to control the Zino you may have a dud.

Also my phone does not keep it's setting between flights so I have to do the connection procedure every time. PITA but it flys very well If a little sensitive when I do this.
