Spare Battery Missing

I ordered the option that included a spare battery. Received the Zino over a week ago but did not receive a spare battery, is the spare battery being shipped separately? Emailed customer support about 5 days ago and got no response yet. Any one else get shorted a battery?

California to Miami: 4615 KM
Miami to San Pedro Sula, Honduras: 1,402.42 km ..
My Zino and additional battery came happily into my hands.
The shipment was made correctly.

My order #8416. Bought the zino set with 2 extra batteries. Hubsan instructed me to pay additional USD30 for express shipping due to the extra batteries cannot be shipped the standard way. After paying the USD30, Hubsan informed me they will shipped in 2 consignments, 1 extra battery with the zino set(to be shipped from China warehouse) and the other consignment containing only the extra battery (to be shipped from US warehouse). However, when i received the zino set in country of residence in Singapore, it does not come with extra battery. Luckily i took an unboxing video. The other consignment which Hubsan confirmed contained two batteries was shipped to Australia...not to me in Singapore...Now Hubsan said that they want to refund me for the two batteries...I jolly hope Hubsan have a good rest over the festive season and send me my 2 extra batteries asap.
can i check whether you are ask to pay additional USD30 for the shipment of the extra battery?
