I’m willing to be called an idiot for this but I can’t charge my new Zino controller. It shows no status when plugged into a charger and now has run completely down. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. So it looks like I have to contact Hubsan then.

remote not charging also will ask for a refund also they did not ship extra battery I paid for anybody got there's to work ? just got my extra battery now could you please send a remote that works so I can do a positive video on youtube on the ZINO drone can anyone help ?

Das gleiche Problem habe ich seit 26.11.2018
mit der Lieferung meines Zino per GLS. Der
Transmitter kann nicht geladen werden. Habe den
Transmitter reklamiert. Lange Zeit gar keine Antwort oder
ein Autoreplay. Warten,Warten,Warten, Bilder und Film
an Hubsan gesendet.Im Forum geschrieben, mit dem
EU Lager telefoniert. Alles ohne Ergebnis. Weiterhin
habe ich an das US Lager geschrieben. Von dort kam
eine schnelle Antwort man wolle mir helfen. Siehe mein Artikel
im Forum. Alles erfolglos. Letzte Info man habe keine Ersatzteile !!!!. Konnte bis jetzt nicht ein mal fliegen oder
testen. Auch die Firma Hubsan sollte sich an internationale
Gesetze halten. Wenn nicht innerhalb ganz kurzer Zeit eine
Lösung gefunden wird werde ich mich mit meinen Problem an
den PAY PAL Käuferschutz wenden. Ich erwarte eine schnelle
Lieferung des defekten Kontrollers.
Vieleicht kann Hubsan-Ailsa helfen??? Ich wünsche fb_43b9ftbKWM viel Erfolg. Die ladeschaltung ist definetiv
DEFEKT.

The same problem I have since 26.11.2018
with the delivery of my Zino by GLS. The
Transmitter can not be loaded. Have the
Transmitter complains. For a long time no answer or
a car play. Waiting, waiting, waiting, pictures and film
sent to Hubsan.Written in the forum, with the
EU warehouse on the phone. Everything without result. Farther

It’s now 100% dead. It never showed any status lights ever when first plugged in with the provided USB cable to a proper USB 5v charger. I can connect and fly with phone only but the WiFi drops too much for safe flying and I believe I need the boost the controller provides to the WiFi connection and network.
