For 3 weeks I was able to fly the drone and capture videos and photos perfectly.

After your stupidic firmware upgrades and for about two weeks now the damn gimbal does not work and I'm unable to control the drone via the transmitter only by phone.

You have two weeks to fix it otherwise I want a full refund.

Dude. You have done something wrong. If hundreds of people,including myself,have done every update. No problems. Stop blaming the drone,or the update,or Hubsan. I know it's hard to admit you did something wrong,I'm the same way. But,logic says,if loads of folks did the update,and it worked,you did something wrong. Calm down. Back up.
1. Did you wait for the driver to FULLY install?
2. Did you,after d/l the files,unzip/extract the 4 desperate parts?
3. When doing the f/c,did you leave the battery out?(U should)
4. When doing the gimbal,did you then insert your battery,plug up the quad to laptop,wait until it says "connected"THEN turn the quad on
5. Did you format an SD card,then load 2(two)camera files?
6. DID you read the "change log"?.

I didn't do the upgrades manually they were executed on their own neither am I going to.
I just want to fly the damn thing not become a hacker. I don't know how much free time you have in hand but I cant spend 3 hours trying to solve software issues.

May I know your drone's status after updating all firmware?I will email you for help you solve this issue.

Your drone upgraded by itself? Maybe its possessed, try with an exorcism...

Maybe you can help with the exorcism.

Also the transmitter doesnt connect and shuts down on it's own after 30 seconds and the gimabal error becomes 0×0008 or 0×0000

I think you've to reset the gimbal, there're some videos that explains how...first of all i'll try to upgrade to latest firmware version anyway, 10 minutes and it will be done...

There is simple fix, foud it this mornig its easy.
Do not turn on drone , before you turn on reley.
Conect smartphone and reley. Turn on reley.
Start app
Trun on drone.
and you will always see your Zino , or refresh just onece.

The Zino does not and cannot upgrade itself thru the air. It MUST have a connection to your computer.
What I'm seeing is someone who does not have a clue what they're talking about.
Take your quad to someone with Some experience in quads,computers,and doing updates.
Don't blame the quad,or HUBSAN,for your inexperience.
