I did mine this evening, it’s ugly but it works great with my LiHv charger.

Today I received the "3S JST-XH Charge & Balance Cable" from ProgressiveRC via Amazon USA. I used it today with the charger SkyRC IMAX B6 AC (V2), made the first 2 charges, everything works perfectly.

Does that amazon cable work with the zino battery without any splicing/soldering of the current charge cable?

Yes, it is wired the same as the cable I made. It is very easy to make one from a dirt cheap 3S balance extension cable.

Here is another example of an adapter cable made from a 3S balance extension cable. No soldering required and no modification necessary for the original charger cable.

They are all correct but different solutions. In my opinion, the method as shown in the Youtube video is unnecessary complicated and requires modifying the original charging cable while both of my solutions are easier to do and you do not need to make any alterations to the original charging cable.

The last option is the cheapest and simplest and not even needs any soldering unless you want another type of plug instead of the banana plugs.

Why so complicated, when it is easier and more convenient?

You think paying $5.99 + $6.40 shipping is easier and more convenient than making exactly the same cable in less than 5 minutes from standard materials that cost less than $2.- shipped. The only thing you need to do is attach the banana plugs (screw on) to the + and - outside wires of the extension cable.
