Please give me a refund i would like to return drone. After update i flew today drone drifted so far lost control sticks where not responding got it to land
but motors keep running i was in line of sight just couldn't get it down Im scared to fly again don't want a drone if eveytime i go fly it i wonder if it will be my last time. Here the thing first got the drone no problems first update no problems last update toilet bowl effect hard to controll was not stable's like the guy who almost hit the garage roof same problem...

Sorry to hear that honestly. I have problems with the camera and I am constantly reading about other people with problems in the Zino.

I am also thinking if I should return it for a complete refund at this point. I received it on Monday and I know there is a 7 day limit to request a refund but I dont know how to proceed.

Please let me know if you have more info for this.

Im curious to know if Hubsan stand by their product...

I bought from a retailer within UK, not Hubsan directly so I have some rights when it comes to a refund but I would like to know how you get on.

Good luck with the refund. I requested over a week ago and still have not heard back from them with an RMA number. Well past the 7 days now, but it was only a few days old when I requested it. Still waiting to see if they actually will send me anything. Something tells me I have a $400 paperweight.
