Hello,
When I fly forward with my Zino, I lose a lot of altitude. If I fly full speed ahead, I lose about 4 metres vertical height in 50 metres. When I stop moving forward the drone gradually regains the orginal altitude in about 3 seconds. The rate of height loss is steady over the horizontal distance. Surely this can't be right?
This behaviour is very hazardous - nearly hit myself with the drone this evening. The drone is running the latest firmware available - v1.0.44. I can't say for sure but I don't think this happened with the earlier firmwares.
I might add - this is in very calm conditions. Local weather station is reading 0km/h with 'gusts' 4km/h.

It does lose height and I was hoping that has been fixed with latest firmware. I still have to test it with latest firmware. Even in earlier videos for zino review they mentioned about it but it was with older firmware. Lets see if they have more updates to fix this.

FYI.
ZINO DOES NOT HAVE AN OPTICAL FLOW SENSOR. THEREFORE,IT CANNOT MAINTAIN A FIXED ALTITUDE CLOSE TO THE GROUND
