As you know we updated the Zino firmware in Hubsan official website on 10th Dec.

In order to make our backers and customer fly the Zino with new firmware.So we shipped the Zino with new firmware by the air parcel again.

It is estimated arrived in Dec 17th .so we promised you the Zino will ship on 17th or 18th Dec.

While this dispatch is still in Netherland custom now.we have urged the Fedex staff must have arrange the shipment to our Netherland office today
Then we will ship your Zino at the first time once we get the Zino.

Lastly we will update the tracking details in Hubsan forum every day.

It's still unclear though. Are you saying that they will be shipped THIS Monday or Tuesday (Dec 19 and 20) or next week Monday and Tuesday (dec 24 and 25)

As much as I understand what Hubsan want to do I would prefer to have my Zino before than wait for it with a new firmware because the operation requires maybe 2/3 minutes instead ship my zino is taking days or weeks (and now maybe after Christmas if lucky). Don't know the firmware revision they loaded in, but in the meantime they released a new one so we should update anyway so this adavtange of waiting is perfectly useless. I know not everyone is so smart to use a computer and update a drone, but I think it's their problem and should learn to do that anyway if they want to use a Zino or any other drone. I am sad and angry with hubsan to not have my drone before xmas, know the reason is for this firmware makes it even worst....

Anyway, the packages seem free from customs 2 days ago, it's now the 19th and I still don't have any tracking, another hubsan broken promise? They are growing, maybe they should start to think a way to compensate for such, maybe a discount for an extra battery

I agree, this delay is unacceptable. it seems almost an excuse to justify their delay. shame because this drone seems to promise very well from many points of view.
