ZINO Canada order

Just heads up Order #8949 to Canada,still not received,I got a reply from Albert in the US,he has replied to me every time,he tells me they had a problem with the shipment returning because of the second battery,you think Hubsan should of known this,I feel like I,m getting the run around.Where is my package,I ordered this Nov 6 .I enjoyed your product H501s but I feel like this may end,If I do not get confirmation of a tracking number by todays end,I will be requesting a refund.JUST TOO BAD HUBSAN.

Same thing happened to my Canada order.it got sent back to the California store.I think he said it wasn't labeled properly.finally did receive it but the preordered batteries and spare props were not allowed thru customs.asked them to ship fedex and they said they can't do that.what's up this Hubsan company anyhow?
