CHANGING THE PROPELLERS

Post by Magnum1956PMQ » Tue Dec 18, 2018 6:17 am

Hubsan-Ailsa, Shally Liu,
You now know my implication on ZINO and my seriousness on my publications here and elsewhere on pages FB dedicated to Hubsan ...
Today, I had to change 2 propellers on my ZINO, she had small defects.

Here is my reflection:
Given the thin thickness of the fixing plate on the motor rotors, given the small size of the screw threads of the propellers, we can hardly change them more than 1 or 2 times, it's too fragile! already a thread that is dead ...
Admittedly, there are 2 other threaded holes on the rotor, but still, it's too light. It is necessary to increase the sheet thickness and the threads diameter.

Another point, when you disassemble the old screws, there is on these screws the old threadlock that falls or can fall into the engines ... I had the turn, and I had a hard time doing it go !

These are my thoughts for this day.
Good luck and keep it up.
Cordially.
